Multiple-Personality Disorder – Android
I recently read a blog on ZDNet written by Jason Perlow. ”2011: The year Android had multiple personality disorder.” I find the article interesting so I decided to re-state my opinion in my blog. The article discusses the many changes to Android platforms in 2011, from Gingerbread, Honeycomb to Ice Cream Sandwich. You can read the article here: http://www.zdnet.com/blog/perlow/2011-the-year-android-had-multiple-personality-disorder/19486?tag=nl.e539
This was my comment to the article:
“It seems Google believes they can sustain momentum with continually introducing new product. This could be within their business model. Perhaps they are trying to establish the image, “Apple products are great, but hey, we’re moving at the speed of light to make our OS platforms better.” Apple products are polished and refined, Android is Work In Progress but with premature latest technology. I myself use Android and consider myself a self-conflicted victim that chosen WIP over refinement.”
